However, after gaining experience in London, Edinburgh, and Melbourne, he quickly realized that the traditional recruitment system was flawed. It was reactive, disjointed, and failed to serve both clients and candidates effectively.
He decided there is a better way.
In 2003, he embarked on a specialization journey, dedicating 100% of his time to identifying the top performers in Project Delivery and Architecture. This focus has built an incredibly strong and knowledgeable community within the Technology Project Delivery, PMO, Architecture, and Leadership teams.
